Unfortunately due to COVID 19 our 2020 Sunflower Fields will be closed
2020 Announcement Updated July 13, 2020
It is with heavy heart that we are to announce that we will not be opening up our sunflower fields to the public this year. With everything happening due to COVID 19, we feel it will only ensure the safety and health of our community and staff if we remain closed this summer. And feel it would be a disservice to all of the sacrifices we’ve all made to defeat this virus. We feel sad that we will not be able to share the beauty of the sunflowers with everyone this summer but feel confident that if we all work together and continue to social distance, we can all play a part if defeating this terrible virus. What hurts us the most is that we will not be able to raise money for the Canadian Celiac Association they way the sunflowers allow us too. The ability to raise money for a charity that means so much to our family is the reason why we opened up our sunflower fields in the first place and we will continue to do so in the future. We had so many new fun things and partnerships planned for this year sunflower festival but it will all just have to wait until next year. Until next summer, we can’t wait to see everyone here!!
Acres of Sunflowers
Located in the hills of Caledon East, Davis Family Farm grows on average 60 acres of Sunflowers for the purpose of bird seed, honey, and our new Sunflower Oil.
Unfortunately due to COVID 19, our 2020 Sunflower festival has been cancelled
